Type your keywords into the text box on the left menu and select a search area from the drop down menu. Your search results will display matches from the area that you selected. How do I e-mail madrina? At the bottom of all pages you will find a "contact us" link that will open up to an email form. We are happy to hear from you. Why should I register with madrina? Your registration will give you access to new options and information that madrina will offer its registered users exclusively. The information that you submit will be confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Is there a Spanish translation? We appreciate the loyalty of our Spanish speaking users. We haven't forgotten you at all! You may still translate any information found in madrina into Spanish as well as French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, and Japanese. You may do so by clicking on the Tools button on the left navigation bar. A link will appear to the Babel Fish site. There you will find possibilities for translation into all the above mentioned languages. How do I access your links section? There are two ways to access madrina's links directly. One way is by clicking on any of the seven subject buttons in the top navigation bar found to the right of the madrina.com logo. You may also click on the links button on the left navigation bar and scroll down to the section that you wish to access, clicking the subject header. How do I send a quotation for madrina.com We would love to post your favorite quotation in madrina. Simply click on the button that says SHARE a quote. A window will open for you to type or paste in your quotation and its source, if you know it. Another window will open when you submit the quote for you to check your contribution before it is sent to madrina. Madrina will then post your quotation in the madrina site. Your name or address will not be revealed. Will my name appear if I share a quote or link? Your name or the personal information that you submit to madrina.com will not appear in the web page. Your contribution will be totally anonymous. The link site is different from the description. Some times a web site is discontinued and another site takes over their address. We apologize if this has happened to you. If you run into this problem it would help us greatly if you inform us of a changed or broken link by emailing us the information. Would you post an article of mine in madrina? Yes, we welcome any article that you wish to submit. It could be placed in either the 'Voices' section or in the 'Between the Lines' section. If madrina feels that your contribution is in the spirit of the madrina site we will contact you for your permission before posting any article. Can I advertise in Madrina? Madrina.com is a non commercial site, therefore although we may recommend a site or product, we do so because we believe it may be interesting to our users. We do not place or receive any solicitations for advertising in madrina. However, we can post your information in the section 'check out our friend at'. If your information is approved by our staff, we will contact you before posting. Are you interested in linking with my site? Yes! Madrina has an open door policy for posting your web site in madrina.com. Please email us your information and we will contact you. You can send us as well a written, 100 character text, describing your site. Madrina will not publish information that contains any racism, pornography, violence or otherwise offensive data. Is madrina only for women? When we first came online, madrina was geared principally to women. As time went by more and more men wrote in to say that they felt excluded, we decided to rethink our duties to all of you! Therefore, in our remake, we decided to take a genderless approach to our presentations. We aim to continue to provide information for women. We are women run but not women exclusive. At madrina we believe that we all have things to share regardless of gender, race or nationality. How do I send you information on a web site? We welcome any URLs that you would want to share with other viewers. It's very easy to send us information on your favorite web sites. Click on the SHARE a link button in the left navigation button and follow the instructions in the pop up menu. What information do you have in InSites? 'InSites' contains some great URLs of sites that do not conform exactly to the topics of our other categories. We post these additional sites because, although they are made up of a variety of subjects, they contain information that we consider of interest and value to our users. How do I post a note for 'Between The Lines' ? We would be glad to post your contribution to "Between The Lines'. In order to do so, you should send us an email with your suggested text. You can access our email by scrolling down to the bottom of any page to where it says " contact us". That link will lead you to an email form. We will contact you when we post your information. Where are the old Voices of Women links? The links that formed part of the 'Voices of Women' section in our first version of madrina.com are now placed through out the new madrina site. You may search for any of the former links by using our keyword search box in the upper part of the left navigation bar. Are you planning to add more tools to your site? Yes we are.
